The Dream Team is a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. Various teams are looking forward to your participation. Team activities will be a wonderful time to make new friends while acquiring new skills and strengthening already established ones.
チーム紹介 BCC DREAM TEAM GUIDE
Worship Team（ワーシップチーム）
歌声や楽器の力で、来てくれた人たちが神様のリアルな臨在に触れられるように道を整える、エネルギーあふれるチームです！
Through vocals or instruments, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
Audio & Visual Team（オーディオビジュアルチーム）
音響や映像、配信の技術を通して、教会全体のメッセージと賛美を届けるチームです。 礼拝の環境を快適に整えることで、すべての人が心おきなく神様の愛を体験できるよう支えています。
This team serves as the “voice and light” of our services and events through audio, video, and live streaming technologies. By ensuring that messages and worship are delivered clearly and beautifully, they support from behind the scenes so everyone can focus on worshipping God and encountering His love.
Translation Team（翻訳・通訳チーム）
このユニークなギフトを持ったチームは、礼拝中のメッセージの通訳や、教材・マテリアルなどの翻訳を行います。
This uniquely gifted team interprets messages during services or translates textbooks and materials.
Media Communication Team（メディア・コミュニケーションチーム）
(Graphic design, social media, photography, video / グラフィックデザイン、SNS、写真、動画)
ゲストが神と出会い、日曜日の礼拝に心から参加できるような「ツール」を用意するチームです。礼拝や教会全体のイベントで使用する、印刷物やビジュアルメディアの作成・編集を行います。
This team prepares the tools that allow guests to encounter God and fully participate in our Sunday services. They create and assemble print and visual media for services and church-wide events.
Kids Team（キッズ・チーム）
子どもたちがイエスの本物の愛に継続的に触れられる環境をつくるチームです。賛美、動画、レッスン、コネクトグループ、お出迎え、ゲームなどを通して、子どもたちの人生に意図的に投資（コミット）します。
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of children through worship, videos, teaching, connect groups, greeting, games, and more.
Hospitality & Events Team（ホスピタリティ & イベントチーム）
(Usher, Event planner/ 案内係、イベント企画)
最高の笑顔と心地よい空間で、人々を神様の愛へとつなぐチームです。 温かいおもてなしや室内のデコレーションをはじめ、クリスマスなどのイベント企画を通して、誰もが笑顔になれるアットホームなコミュニティを育んでいます。
This team connects people to the love of God through warm smiles and inviting spaces. Through warm hospitality, indoor decorations, and planning events like Christmas, they nurture an inviting community where everyone can share a smile.
Set Up & Tear Down Team（準備＆片付けチーム）
礼拝前の準備と礼拝後の片付けを行うことで、毎週の会場をBridgeCityの特別な礼拝空間へと整え、みんなの体験を支えるチームです。
This team facilitates the BridgeCity experience by setting up before service and taking down after service, transforming our weekly venue into a special worship environment.
English Outreach Team（英語アウトリーチチーム）
主に「イングリッシュ・カフェ」の企画・運営を通して、教会の外にいる人たちと意味のある繋がりをつくることにフォーカスしたチームです。
This team focuses on creating meaningful connections with people outside the church, primarily through planning and hosting our “English Cafe.”
Next Step Team（ネクストステップチーム）
このチームは、新しく教会に来た人が、信仰を持ち、教会の家族となり、奉仕に関わり、そしてリーダーへと成長していく「霊的なステップ」を体系的にガイドし、一緒に歩んでいきます。
This team systematically guides and walks alongside newcomers as they grow in faith, become part of the church family, step into serving, and develop into leaders.
Connect Group Team（コネクトグループチーム）
私たちは、本当の人生の変革は「関係性（つながり）」の中で起こると信じています。コネクトグループ・チームの一員として、他の人々と繋がり、自分の情熱を満たし、神様から与えられた賜物を伸ばし、イエスの愛を周りの人に広げていく素晴らしい機会があなたを待っています。
We believe that real life-change takes place in the context of relationships. As a member of the Connect Group team, you have a great opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop the spiritual gifts God has given you, and share Jesus’ love with those around you.
Prayer Team（祈りチーム）
礼拝の裏側で、誰よりも熱く神様のストーリーを支えているのがこのチームです。週末の礼拝に集まるすべての人を祈りで応援し、神様のあたたかい愛の臨在が満ち溢れるように道を整えます。教会とこの街にポジティブな変革を起こすために、一緒に祈りの最前線に立ちましょう！
Behind the scenes of every service, this team passionately supports what God is doing through prayer. They cover everyone attending our weekend services in prayer, creating an environment filled with the warm presence of God. Join us on the front lines of prayer to bring positive transformation to our church and city!
